The staff were pleasant and nice day and night. Nice location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. Also, Granja la Cuesta was 2 miles away from the venue.
Tbh, rooms were a bit cold.

The hotel’s location is top-notch, perfect for travelers who wish to stay in a peaceful and serene surrounding - away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the room was sparkling clean, and it had all the necessary facilities. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast was scrumptious, which perfectly complemented the serene view of the surrounding areas.
The wifi signals were not that strong and it was a bit difficult to stay connected online.

During my recent stay in San Juan de Pinera, I had the opportunity to transit at Hotel Lupa. Although I booked with friends, we were allocated separate bedrooms in different buildings. This arrangement provided us with some privacy and allowed each of us to have our own space. I appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location, as it is just 14 km away from the nearest airport, making it easy for me to catch my connecting flight.
The sink's tap was broken, and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom fell below my expectations.

Convenient Location, Clean Rooms, and Friendly Staff
During our recent city trip stay, we found the hotel to be conveniently located, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay, making our experience more comfortable. The staff were polite and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience.
The breakfast served at the hotel was of poor quality and variety, which left us feeling unsatisfied. the noise insulation within the hotel was poor, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for transportation. I was able to easily walk to nearby stations and the town was just a short taxi ride away. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly. The bar staff who served breakfast were especially pleasant. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the ample parking.
There was nothing I didn't like. The hotel was basic but comfortable, making it a great value for a short stay.

The hotel had stunning mountain views, which made for a picturesque backdrop while sipping my morning coffee on the terrace. The free WiFi was a lifesaver for keeping up with my social media. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast, a great way to start my day.
Oh, and let's not forget the lovely surprise of having a children's playground nearby! Because who doesn't love the sound of screaming children while trying to relax?

Great Parking and Friendly Staff the hotel had a spacious parking area, which was great as we had a lot of luggage. the staff were friendly too, which was welcoming after our long journey. the location was also convenient, as we were close to several restaurants and shops.
Disappointing Facilities and Uncomfortable Rooms Unfortunately, the hotel facilities were lacking - the room was uncomfortable and not up to standard. the bathroom was unclean and the linens were of poor quality.
